I want to say how pleased I was with the packing and loading stage of the move. Your men arrived promptly, even ahead of the scheduled time, and worked efficiently throughout. They were very careful with my belongings, asked questions as needed, and were very pleasant and courteous. They wrapped every item carefully and made no marks whatsoever on the walls or floors.
