For safety, legal, and compliance reasons, there are a few items we cannot transport. These generally fall into three categories:
Hazardous Materials: Aerosol cans, propane tanks, gasoline, paint thinner, fireworks, and ammunition.
Perishables: Frozen or refrigerated food, open food containers, and live plants (for long-distance interstate moves).
High-Value Personal Items: We highly recommend you transport cash, jewelry, prescription medications, important legal documents, and immediate family heirlooms in your personal vehicle.
If you have specialized medical equipment or high-value artwork, please let your coordinator know during your estimate—our specialty logistics team is fully equipped with white-glove padding and secure rigging to handle them safely.
